Members are encouraged to trust themselves and one another. The issues, questions and expressions of all members are treated sincerely and respectfully. Members take responsibility for highlighting any inappropriate use of Big White Wall by flagging it; to which facilitators respond rapidly and appropriately. Members are encouraged to respect the commitments and promises they make to one another
