Saleh specialises in .NET technology. Prior to his arrival at BWW he provided software solutions to Avis Management Service for 6 years.

Dan Baxter, Business Development Manager

Dan has 14 years experience working in sales and NHS partnership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. His areas of special interest include digital health and social media. 

Sylvia graduated in 2012 and was a journalism and advertising intern before joining Big White Wall.

Ann is an experienced journalist with a long history in writing and commissioning in the health field. Previously, Ann was an editor at the Health Services Journal.

Richard is responsible for clinical standards at BWW. He is a consultant psychiatrist and Clinical Director of the Adolescent Directorate at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

Claire worked for four years in public sector consultancy, specializing in community engagement and research. She is a history graduate and particularly interested in social policy.

Jo has a strong background in customer service, quality management and communications. Previously, she worked in customer and quality services at Abbey National and was a consultant PR account manager for a range of clients.

Peter is in charge of technology at BWW. Prior to this, for the last 10 years he ran his own company helping to deliver complex web applications.

Jen is a social entrepreneur who has established over thirty social purpose organisations internationally.

Sharon has a strong background in communications, and prior to joining BWW in 2009, worked with leading financial institutions before setting up her own consultancy and heading up press and publicity for Shed Media, one of the 'Super-Indies' of the TV industry.

Hugo is a Principal Partner of Participle. Prior to co-founding Participle, he was a Director at NESTA. Prior to this he co-founded Oyster Partners and Method Five which received over £18m of investment, and were sold separately for a combined value of over £56m.

Dawn O'Neil, Director, Australia and New Zealand

Dawn was previously the CEO of beyondblue and Lifeline Australia.  She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to the community in 2009, and continues to provide strategic advice to many Australian organisations concerned with mental health. 

Sam has been a consultant to several growing businesses (including Big White Wall) and has a background in corporate finance at PwC.

David's management experience lies in building fast-growing companies having been in strategic planning for Gateway and Dell as well as founding and exiting his own software company. He is a Partner at Pembridge Partners LLP.

Keith arrived at BWW following a lengthy career in the RAF where he served as a Nimrod Navigator. He has also been the Military Engagement Manager for the Royal British Legion.

Jo’s background is in health project coordination. She joined BWW from the NHS where she ran an exercise referral scheme for the Public Health department.

Nicky joined BWW after 14 years working in management in the mental health care sector. She has operational experience of running substance misuse and mental health services and business development experience across forensic mental health services through to primary care IAPT services.

Ian has extensive experience as a Social Worker and Social Work Manager. He has also trained as a therapist and has been working in this capacity for an NHS IAPT service.
