While half of the world is trying to sleep, you want us to all scream?

Another fine reason for an internet based community support space isn't it.  So there is another truism that we have bent.

It's a reminder to all who need to express what is heartfelt that we can all be heard.

Thanks Summer.  Who is that snoring in the UK?

Oh I will absolutely join in this one ... AAAAHHHHHHH - AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!

Thanks for letting me let it out! I used to be so good at screaming. My best friend and I would jump in the car, head to an open, but private area and scream at the top of our lungs. I often wish she were here so we could do that again. I've needed it ...

If you are nodding um we will do a special silent scream.......A..............................H

Sceaming in open spaces? Brilliant idea. Seen the film Cabaret? When dear Liza and Micheal York do it under the railway bridge when a train is overhead. I knew why they were doing it back in 1974 when I was so......................oh, green and tender.

Ok is it safe? Have the 'other half' closed their doors tightly.................................

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    needed that again

    Hey Summer,

Shouting space is always a popular idea, we did have one running for some time that had some great rants on it, check out:-

Do hope you're having a better-than-usual day mate.

Take care  (((FIRM HANDSHAKE AND SLAP ON THE BACK)))

Thanks swon, will investigate the link. I have to say I am kind of loving the ever so manly camaradie banter. But we are not taken in love - every one knows green dragons are in touch with all aspects of their sexuality.

Work - I would not work anywhere were they employed me! Difficult one that.

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaghhh....enough!

Hope we are going to stay clear of the 'backs against the wall lads' outlook.

Cheers matey. Slight touch of the hand.......where is this leading!

I will never hear from you again now. Story of my life.

    luv summer

I would like to scream. Sometimes i bite my hand very hard. I never cry. There may be a good commercial enterprise in screaming rockets to outer space. Each in our own little capsules screaming as we move from the earth and even louder as we come back in.

Hi calamity, the image of you biting your hand to stop you screaming is a powerful one. I am intrigued? Why can you not cry. I don't thing I do much either and I wish I could. Memory serves me it makes me feel better. Perhaps crying will be another TA.

As for the rocket ship. Great idea. But why do we need to come back to earth. Lets scream to the stars. (Sorry - it is the obvious Betty Davis in me) Thinking of your post.

Take such good care of yourself

Morning Summer - check out misfit's "so lost" post - there are good posts on crying - now there would be a skills based session that would be hard to write!

The thing that I have been thinking of since you started this TA is that I am not a screamer - I am more of a hisser between gritted teeth.  And I get the hand biting calamity although I find that biting on my cheek somewhat easier to get away with in a range of situations.

I think I could be a yeller if I had a sound proof room - or a rail bridge - but thinking about it I think the sound I would want to make would be

    Yyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhh

More of a yell or roar than a scream - maybe I don't have a vocal range to hit the scream notes?

Is this okay on the TA?  UM xx

I'm glad you said that UM  because I could relate to it. I don't have a scream in me.

    Oh Good one!
    Screaming helps so much.
I went on a hike w/a friend the other day- and we got to the top
and all that was left to do was a
    declaration!
so we screamed what we wanted most...
    "I AM FREEEEEEEE"
at the top of our lungs!

I wanted to be free from guilt about the drunken night before. She wanted freedom from relationship problems.
    all in all,
    it felt good.
CHALLENGE:! Scream what you are/want to be (in the i am term already) somewhere and use alll of your effort to do it! If you don't feel satisfied the first time, do it a second.
sometimes, in the bathtub, under the water works perfectly.
