I feel the excitement and energy coming out of your post - and it sounds great that you are feeling good. 
What I am uncertain about it why you are concerned that people "may not like the truth"?.

I think I understand that you are feeling powerful from this new mood but it continues to be a responsibility for us to care and support others even if we feel good.  It might send the wrong message if your sense of feeling okay was going to get in the way that we all communicate selectively to others.  There are things that we feel inside that are strongly held opinions and views but the way we communicate them is important.

I might be completely confused here - and I don't want to rain on your parade - but I wonder if you could pop back and clarify what you mean.  take care  UM xx
