Hi everyone, Sorry I forgot to mention a little about myself.  I am 56, married for 34 years this Oct. and I have 2 kids a girl 30, and a boy 36.  I have 2 granddaugthers 2 and 4, They live in Toledo, Ohio with my daughter and her husband.  My son is still home

 I live in Ontario Canada, and work full time as an Educational Assistant and work with kids with special needs.  I have been doing this for 21 years.  I suffer from major depression, and right now is not a good time...HOpe to chat with e1 soon. take care. Mary

Hi nipper 

I have been feeling low for the last days. I don't suffer from depression but sometimes it all feels too much. I have been thinking that I am not taking very good care of myself at the moment. Work is very busy and the children seem to always need something. I don't have a moment in the day for myself. How about you?  

Do you any sense of where your depression comes from? I know that much of my low is to do with being a lone parent (quite recently) and having a busy job and someone who says they love me but cannot seem to commit. Thinking of you, Kylie
