Your brick story

In truth I would much rather you just enjoy being your age(22), rather that pretending you can be just as mature as the thirtysomethings you roll with...yes you are surprisingly mature for someone your age but I'm just sad for you, because when you finally turn 30 are you going to long for the years you tried to skip? I wish I could save you this heartache, but you get so defensive about this, it's just not worth the fights...I guess I'll chalk it up to something you need to learn for yourself...nevertheless, i'll always adore you ;)

I am wondering what your relationship is to this person? And i am wondering if you feel that they are not seeing you - as much as they see themselves and the image of themselves they are trying to perfect? It is possible to reply to this message as anonymous if you would like to say some more.

I'm 20 and I hang out with 27 year olds... I think I need to take your advice on board! Maybe I can remind them to play ;)
