  I feel this brick suggests that you have already started. i often feel that the power of loss is not recognised in our lives. Loss is permanent - it is an absence of something that can never be present again - it cannot be taken away, or filled or got over. Sometimes i think we can spend a lot of our lives trying to find something that resembles what we have lost - simply because we cannot bear that it is gone forever. That tends to mean we end up being disappointed because we can never replicate something - it will always be different. And you may also be pushing away someone because you fear getting too close again - in case it is taken away from you.
