  honestly, I thought that was why my relationship sucked the way it did until I left.
  What I've learned though, is that it's better to not be with this sort of person.
  Work on loving yourself (I know, easier said than done) and rebuilding yourself. I'm reading a great book which is really helping me see a lot of things about myself, love, life, and healing

  savage pach kid, thank you so much for the link. i will have a look at it. i have to be honest it has been five weeks now and i am beginning to feel a bt better. i think i will always be quite sad though because of the kids. they won't see their dad much. thank you.
