  I have never really learned how to be open emotionally and I am afraid of what people might see and more than that...that they won't like it. I am very subtle in my ways and don't come out and say what I want or need and people are used to that and have just pushed it off as it just being how i am. Nobody ever seems to want to get to know me...but I know I dont make it easy even if they wanted to.

  I understand that fear - that if someone can really see who we are then they will not like what they see. It is horrible and disabling. Tell me something about you - what do you like about you -even if others do not see it yet.
