  do you drink alone cactus? I can make a bottle last all week but I shared a flat with a friend once who couldn't, it made me hide my wine and get very mean about it, I didn't like myself very much, though she was the one with the alcohol problem.

  But the trouble is iti is very difficult to stop at just one - and then you start thinking and playing sad music. On the other hand it would be better if you alternate your glasses of wine with water, then you spend a lot of time going to the toilet. That's better than getting a headache.
