  Oh I know that feeling, just snappy snappy. I get like this sometimes. I find the best thing to do is write the day off and be grumpy. Then when you feel better apologise to everyone and just say you were having 'one of those days' (we all have them!)

  Have you got any ideas about how to calm yourself? There are lots of relaxation techniques which you could try. Even, just when you feel your temper rise, pause, and count to ten, or twenty, or 100 if you need. Just quietly ask yourself why this particular thing gets under your collar so much so easily? How else might you respond?
