  I think you need a hug, a long warm hug.
  It strikes me weird, in a contradictory sort of way - because intellectually I know lots, literally thousands, or hundreds of thousands of us are out here, and have gone through or are going through what we are going through so similarly. I too have this strong desire just to remain still, static as you put it, not going back if that's what I got to do to go forward so I don't want to go forward either. Often in my mind I am thinking "just leave me alone." I have felt so afraid to move I barely could make a gesture when I tried to talk about the feeling...for now, let's just visualise that nice, warm hug, huh? What do you say?

  I want to go back too, but I find that you never can really. You just have to go forward; make your future an improved version of the past... it turns out I haven't changed as much as I feared anyway!

  Thank you roze, thats very kind. I guess they are the best way for me to explore difficult emotions and that they may provoke communication I believe can only be a good thing.
