  Far from hiding away, you are doing the opposite. You are at least telling someone how you feel. I am listening, we are listening and we want to know how you are doing. What is causing you such anguish today? Is it just today or every day?

  hi younger, today I am feeling a bit more buoyant. Sometimes things just get too much to bear and then I get sad because I feel unable to lean on my friends. Thank goodness for this wall, a place to share and vent without the fear.
