  Are there tears and you won't let them? Or will you allow them but they're not there? Sometimes we get so emotionally exhausted with our pain that we don't know one from the other.   They're here all right and most of the times i read one of the comments made on my bricks i can't hold them in because it's so obviousthat i've gotten myself into something i can't get out alone. I just can't let them out whenever they come because i did that last weekend and it left me even worse than i was before i cried. I'm not sure if this makes any sense.

  It makes perfect, and all too familiar sense, Meee. I have had a recent loss and there are times when I'm afraid if I let myself cry I'll never stop. I hold it together until I just cannot anymore and I crack, but I usually manage to leave the house so no one knows. Afterward, the pain feels SO much greater!

  I'm told that's it's healthy to "feel the feelings" but it's little solace isn't it?? Bad feelings are just that...feeling bad.

  I think it's encouraging that in spite of how some of the comments make you feel, you still make bricks and you still read the comments. I also think it's encouraging that you've come to recognize that you need help getting "out" of whatsever is troubling you so. Though you don't know any of us, I hope it makes you feel not so "alone" and that when you see the counselor Monday it helps as well. My thoughts are with you...
