  Crying is a symbol of your emotions - there is no shame is crying. So, if you feel you need to, do it and don't worry about other people.

  thanks Muse, i know there should be no shame but i got put down so much for being a "crybaby" when i was younger that i just decided to not let myself cry in front of others so they would have one less thing to put me down for...my tough times and pain will definitely go into my bricks =]
