  Well coming to the Wall is okay isn't it? And your blog is a good way of being with your feelings. I wonder if there are other things in your life that the blackness is making it hard for you to see. I think that is the cruel thing about depression it makes us feel robbed of all of the good in life but really it is still there - we just can't see it for a while.   Yes coming here is ok, I just keep having flashbacks and its always there, no matter what.,
  and I am so sad to say I did something I shouldnt have...and yes I'm going to keep my blog going, Ive added more to it and am going to add more about the "inner child"..it kind of helps, but brings back bad memories...thanks so much for the hugs...hugs back to you too...Mary
