yes I'm getting better I think at the way I hang on - trying to keep myself a bit more relaxed as I deal with stuff - I find the more I tense up the more stressful it is - so am trying not to physically take on the impact of it all. This could just be one big distraction but so far it feels a bit better not to have my neck go into spasms.
