  and ((((hug)))) to keep you from falling, (oh surely if we hold eachother we can) any further. We don't have to hit the ground before we begin the clime up again. & with help, support and converstation along the way, climbing all that way up again won't seem so hard.

  If you can don't fall as low as you can go. It is so much worse to hit the bottom and have to crawl up again. So if you can is there anything you can think of that might help to catch you before you hit the bottom? PM me if there is anything you want to let go of. thinking of you UM xx
