  Dhalia - it sounds from all your bricks this evening as if you have had an exceptionally tough day. It seems as if something happened with someone you cared about but felt unable to let in..... I am guessing in the dark here a bit? If you feel able to talk about it some more, share some of that pain then please do. Hurting yourself is not going to make it go away. If you are feeling very close to the edge, think of calling someone to come over...and keep on talking here. Love roze

  Hi Dhalia,

  there is a lot of pain in feeling the want to do this - I 've been there - and it is awful waiting it out. If you know what is underneath these feelings and pain - try to express it and let it have an outlet rather than through cutting.
