  What might make you happier? Is it that sometimes things are so up and down that it is hard to hang onto? I fear I am a sad sack and it takes me real work to concentrate on seeing and remembering things that make me happy. But happiness comes in moments and life comes in days weeks and years. I am just hoping to find calm.
