Your brick story

im always in the extremes, suicidaly low or manicly high, i cant find the stable inbetween

since ive ditched the meds i can see a pattern to my moods throughout the day which has made life easier as im able to prepare and plan around them but it still doesent make it any easier to come to terms with and as soon as something happens that alters the pattern (such as lots of suger) im at a total loss.

is there anything out there (apart from meds) that can stabalise my moods?

It sounds as if you have done a lot to manage the swings and come off meds. That is some achievement. Have you tried something like yoga, or meditation, to help you find a calmer centre? Rx

Hey silent warrior I hope that you find the thing you are looking for - I suspect it will mainly come from the inside of you. ant

I would call it taking control of your own life! Well done for getting half way around the block! Is this exercise still a replacement for meds? And if you want to talk about the struggles i am here! love roze

Hey warrior, I think that be it determined or be it stubborn it is just great that you are having a go and you deserve to feel good about yourself - and I am really chuffed that you are feeling proud of yourself - hope there is more of that to come.

thinking of you with pride too UM xxxx

Well that is brilliant! Beware that the third day is often the hardest so don't give up if you find yourself puffing on the first corner! Rx

Well skipping can be really demanding physically if you do it properly like the boxers do - maybe you can skip - and your little one can laugh at you? Could be exercise and entertainment all at once!

    thinking of you UM xx

Well it is not important to go every day. I no longer run but i do try to fast walk somewhere as often as i can - often to school as we are invariably late in the morning! Rx
