  You will know what to do when the time comes. At least you know what it is you fear so you know what you are up against and that is already a very powerful tool :) It's like knowing you're afraid of the dark, so you keep a flashlight always with you. and even if you do leave it somewhere for a little while you should know that we are here for you if you need us :)

  I understand how you feel kaitty but the advise i can offer is that i sounds from your words above that you did conquer high school even if it was only recently well thats good news because the battles you won and the things you learnt will all be useful outside of high school :-)
  
  oh and don't beleive people when they say school is the best time of your life that is entirely up to you
