  Hey UM - how are you today - did you write this poem? I usually find supressing my emotions makes things worse, and even if releasing them can be scary - its usually the only way to feel better and start to make sense of stuff. I hope you find peace with whatever is challenging you xx

  Yeah SK, I wrote it. sometimes it is as close as I get to releasing feelings is to write - I am a big sook and never learnt how to express the "negative"emotions. I missed out somehow. I am kind of training for a big event. Thanks for your thoughts :)
