Your brick story

I have some figuring out to do while I wait at these crossroads. I could sit down and see what's around me from the place I sit or I could do a bit of work in trying to see where I am from as many angles as I can. then I might know what I am dealing with.

then I can sit down. And when I sit down I think that will be the time I that can try to reach a better understanding of all of these feelings and stop fighting them so hard. Somehow I need to accept and embrace them. Urrrgh and all I can see are images of embracing monsters.

Kid fears of monsters unknown under the bed.

Or in the water - that's where I saw/see them little beasties with the sharp clawa and teeth. Tempting as it is to kick at them, to kick them away - if I do they'll be able to bite my toes! Urrrgh is right.

    Oh yes.

Always a fun debrief to do after an intial strat plan when everyone thinks they understand what they have committed to - sometimes that thing that is built is half animal and half machine!

Maybe we could do a real life version if you are willing to share your elephant - may be some interesting insights! Rx

Nah - my elephant sits very quietly in the corner and makes not a sound - that's why I prefer to deal in the detail of the plans. so much safer - but still quite funny to watch people's faces as their assumptions are unpacked.

Oh - glad that we won't be using that elephant well! My elephant is not a rogue.

Mine was one damaged by building workers in the game park as a young bull - so understandably angry - and terrifying!

I collect elephants - have a thing about them - started when I was very small - 2 or 3. I think that I imagine my daemon to be an elephant. And it will be one from the sub continent like the one you met. I know that they can be deeply emotionally disturbed by poor treatment. There is a facility in the north of Thailand for rogue elephants where they kind of get therapy. I wish they had a Wall - maybe I could be on that too!

A support network for elephants - they would not need a wall just write on one another's sides

Nah, they do it with infrasound and feel it through their feet.
