  I've only just come across your brick. There is quite a lot on this tip if you click on depression. The reason being that all of us depressives are worse in winter. I have a theory that being a mammal we were once programmed to hibernat as do bears and many other mammals. There has to a be a mechanism to make them want to hibernate and if it isn't the same as our depression, what is it.

  You'll see I've talked about my Beach Lights - powerful, hot lamps over my desk that make me fell I'm in Barbados. The more like summer you can make your environment the less depressed you'll be. Stand to reason.

  i think when such thoughts come into mind than should be imagine feelings of warm and may be delight under cover.
  and your painting of wall remind me of closenes not winter i wouldnt call that depresion just kind of character may be and it is ok
