  Woooo Hoooooo, Oh Benj this is just beautiful - I saw it before I went to bed and had the funniest of dreams about swimming - all good and the water was just wonderful! I was wearing a pair of togs from another world - or maybe made from some fabric that Harmony designed.

  You look so gorgeous - you should send this to Happy Feet!

  Sorry Harmony - those are the purple swimfins UM suggested (I suggested amatching purple goggles, but changed my mind and made pink ones instead.) and for my hands, so I could swim fastert to keep up with her and roze! (& everybody else it seems sometimes, when I see people been talking back and fortth several posts before I get there!) So I also make a swimming cap, and SOMEHOW, (I don't know now) UM got the idea I'd be extremely tall and scary and make her have bad dreams - so she said to bring a flower so she will know I am friend, not foe! & in Australia it it traditional that one wears zinc cream on one's nose to protect from sunburn. :) All set squared now? I'm goin' swimmin'!!

  (& I had dreams nothing like it, not even pretty fabric - :( sniff, oh...doh! It went wrong so many ways, going so many wrond ways, wrong doors, etc. It was a frustrating dream; I was frustrated and pretending to have beliefs I did not so I would not be found out...and still I did not get the battery for my (radio? I'm not sure now - a rare item for that society, but not for us here and now. So were batteries) So I waited through all the religious stuff for more auction items to come up and for my chance to bid for the one item I wanted, had stayed for (not that leaving would have been easy by this time) and would pay a lot to have...and I woke up before it did.

  I'd rather go swimmin'!!! and forget about the whole thing.

  When It gets to me like it sounds it is getting to you - I make the supreme decision to get out the kitchen timer and I set it for ten minutes and then I do what ever it is that I should be doing for ten minutes and stop as soon as the bell goes off. I don't keep going. Then I do this each hour until it hits me that it is not the job that is stressing me it is all the other shit in my head. Don't know if it will work for you but if this doesn't work something else will happen. love you lots UMx
