  I don't know the answer to that one. and happiness is not always how we expect it to be.. its a bit tricky. Hmmm...
  But don't feel bad, because we're all looking for it...at least i know i am.

  WOw - what an image. I think looking for any kind of absolute is a little dangerous - a pursuit of perfection. I would favour looking for happy right now - cos that is all you have - you cannot see what is coming at you. So i could choose to dwell on what i don't think i am going to have -the person i love in my life - or that right now i have some really good feelings from the last time we were together. Make any kind of sense?

  It makes sense alright roze, i just wish i knew that everything would turn out the way i imagine it to in my mind. Perfect is very far from where i am now, but i'm working at getting there. It's just that before, when it was my parent making all my choices things seemed to be near happy. Now that i'm the one behind the wheel i feel like it's all out of control.
  Meandmy my present fantasy for happiness is a normal boring , no up's and down's, pretty cotton white life. Just happy with little things that make you smile.

  So in some ways you are struggling with coming out from under quite a strong parental control of how you live. It is no wonder that you feel that the steering wheel is a bit wobbly - you have to get used to feeling that it is your hands on it and your feet on the accelerator, gear change and brake.
