  No, not a key to happiness, but for some people they keep them alive and hopeful of finding how life can be worth living.

  Yes, I know Mebenji. I know that for some people they work wonders... however... I never want to have to resort to them again. I've been there and done that and it only made me feel numb. Not happy.. I'm nearly afraid to take a simple tylenol as it is, lol

  I think for once, I'm going to make a serious effort towards happiness.
