  Hey, yeah.. I'm new round here. Thanks for the welcome.

  I'm kinda lazy. Havn't worked steadily for years. Instead I'm stuck to my computer alot learning things and trying to start my own software company.
  She wanted to move out together.. I can't afford it. She wants a normal life I just can't give her. I tried taking 9-5 jobs but I just couldn't hack them for more than a few months. Along with the luxuries me working would have afforded she wanted to do "couply" things. Going out drinking with friends. Going to the cinema, holidays in the sun etc.
  All things i hold no interest for. I feigned interest badly a few times just to make her happy.. In a way that made me happy too.

  But in the end I made promises to her I just couldn't keep. I love her dearly and always will. She was my first love after-all.

  I'm ok about it. We've broken up many times for just this reason but she would always waver and come back. This time she is serious and I while I am upset I know at least She will be better off.

  Hi Stretch. I think you've got it about right. Hold a place in your heart for her and learn from what happened in the relationship. I hope it all works out for you.
