  What a wise lady you are. To maintain an angry hatred against someone hurts us far more than it does them, especially if they are long departed. Your generous spirit frees you from all that terrible pain and anger. I think you actually do feel free despite what you went through. BB

  Harmony, I read your words and it seems as though I'm rethinking my thoughts from a few months ago ... I found myself asking the same question - and it's sad looking at someone else go through it. I know none of us will get anywhere without going through each step of understanding, healing and realizing the person who was supposed to be one thing, ended up being another. My hand is held out to you as you explore your thoughts and feelings ... (I make good cupcakes too, so the walk might be worth it!)
