  I guess the only way the past does not have limits is in how you remember it and how you can make sense of it - i have been revisiting my past and understanding some things in a completely new way. I like your bricks!

  That's true, roze. I like whan I learn something that is so new to me, and so radically different from my previous way of thinking, that I literally go back and re-examine some of my past interactions.

  As an example, a couple of years back, I was visiting a popular park in my area. I was walking a short distance from my girlfriend, and some other woman comes up and asks me to take her picture. she posed in front of some flowers, and I took the picture. I didn't think anything of it. Then as we were walking away, my GF said "she didn't want a picture, she was just trying to pick you up." At first I thought she was being jealous, but the more I thought about it, the more it made sense. She usually was not the jealous type, and some of the interaction seemd strange with the other one. when i realized that this was true, it was a huge awakening. (I used to be kind of clueless about seeing "indicators of interest.") I then went back and re-examined SO many other interactions from my past, and found that I had mis-read a lot of different situations.
  I guess that is one kind of "how you make sense of it" that you refer to.

  I'll post new bricks as I think of them. Something has to spark the idea though, I don;t want to just sit and "come up with one" because it will feeel too forced.
