  Hi Um: I know, I just called my therapist, she is on holidays this week, I see her next week, we are leaving to go to my daughters for the weekend, so I'm hoping that will help, but am also feeling anxious about going again. and I don't know why....and you're right it is sucking me dry but I am going to TRY and not let that happen...thanks for caring..Mary

  Yep I care. I've been there Nip. If I can do it so can you and it is much better getting through when you get to the other side - but awful on the going through stuff.

  Maybe you could make a brick a day to record your time with the grandkids? That way you might distract your mind for a while each day and gain a moment of calm. You are very creative and you could just cover a special moment every day?
