Your brick story

I was hurt when my BEST friend didn't tell me about her new girlfriend. The only thing I wanted to ask her was why she didn't tell me. I didn't ask though because I didn't want to be lied to.

I'm jealous. But I don't know who of.

Hey BECKY-becky,
I wonder if you could wait until you feel a little less raw and approach it gently so she won't feel a need to cover up her actions for fear you are upset (which you are right now - and that' a bit normal hey). She might know you well enough to be scared of hurting you - that's al - as her best friend you might think about making a space that makes her feel safe to talk to you about why.
Don't hang on to the jealousy - but try to work out why - in that you find out your true feeling s for your friend and maybe what you fear.
