  I read once that bright lights and so on are a real part of anxiety and depression. Maybe that's why the yellow hurts your eyes and mine? It sure made me see stars. But I have never met a peson who hurts my eyes - are you feeling down on yourself because of your mood - or is this something that lies underneath your mood?
