  It's hard moving on isn't it? I think your rollercoaster is a good metaphor for how it feels - especially that first big drop. I feel a bit like you I guess - I would like it to be easier and get angry about why it is a struggle but then I don't want to just retract back to how it was.

  I think in the drawing that you are one of many on this ride and that is the way with the Wall also. :) UM
