  My mother is an alcoholic. When she gets drunk, she follows me around and tells me how I'm destroying her life, and how I should have never been born. She screams at me when I leave the house, but when I stay, she tells me the sight of me makes her sick. On top of her bs, I have to deal with my own mind, which is a horror story in itself. I don't know how to deal with my feelings, and the only way I've ever dealt if either sleeping pills or cutting. I was doing so wonderful, and now... everything's getting bad again.

  Dear ROHM,

  Do you think it might be useful to start a TA about all of this? You have a lot to deal with. Apart from your friends have you got any other support - other family?. Is there a counsellor where you study?

  I guess the only thing that I know from my own experience is that the stuff about pills and cutting is not dealing with the stuff that is inside us - they are things which are symptoms. Think about starting a TA and getting some broader support here on the Wall hey? lots of love UM xx
