Your brick story

My sense at the moment is that situations are changing rapidly and I can't quite be convinced that I am keeping up - I don't know if I am slowed down or if the world is just moving too fast for me .

I keep trying fix my focus on a point but I can't grab hold of one. It's all a bit "in my face" for my liking at the moment.

I might just close my eyes and hope it all settles to a quieter pace.

Go ahead and take a moment. There is nothing wrong with closing your eyes for a moment and hoping for a quieter place. I hope that when you reopen them, you are comforted by the love that surrounds you.
