  thankyou UM, again you say it all and i like thich nhat hanh, because of him i follow the middle way and had my awking to spiritual journey, i like is words and think hes teaching on mindfullness so very great teaching!.
  my friend her name was Nygamby and i guess all thought we were not living in each other pocket her influence ina dark time gave me great hope i do miss her and like other times grive the loss and wait in hope one day to meet her again where thereis no sad tears and great real colour full joy!:) you comfort is most appericated.

  oh no UM no worries an easy mistake you know after a friend suidesi sat thats it no more friends will i let into my private life but then i forget meet some nice or special and some times it just happens i lose them with out warning but its real hard to lose special friends you know!. thats life

  And it is the way in life that it happens without warning but I guess that is why we try to be mindful of the good people who come into our lives and are thankful for the time that we have with them. Remember the special times Boho. xxUM

  oh many thankyous for your care i do appericate your thoughts blessing and care, its strange two loose two special friends in this way when for that great dark depression their candel blows out! friendship is a very special treasure but you do miss a bright shiny gem or nugget life can be hard as you all know so its great for comfort from other shiny gems that remnain in my treasure chest.
