  It makes me feel uncomfortable too. Like all of a sudden I am vulnerable. I think we need to learn not to be ashamed of our tears.

  Oh Unionmaid, sometimes i wish my tears would just stay where they are. This year i have cried so much that at one point people from the next room asked me if someone had passed. No one did, nothing brought it on. They just seem to always be there and come out. My tears don't calm me. I wish i hadn't learnt.

  All of the pain, the hurt, the rage, and the sorrow of a lifetime come out in those tears to be washed away. You need to find a safe place and let them come. Maybe often at first ... maybe it will be hard ... but you need to let something wash away the pain for you sometimes. I know.
