  Woah! How long has it been?? Been off the fags now since March 2007 - a stone and a half heavier - but feeling much, much better.... The stone and a half - hmmm - it'll have to go at some stage!!!

  i gave up this year too - and it is worth it - even if you go back - stats show the more often you try, the more likely you are to stop. hang on in there!!

  My mom just referred to pictures like this over the weekend when I got my "quit smoking" lecture. I started smoking again after 10 years cause of job/wife stress. You'll hate to hear this, and I'm sorry in advance, but goddam it if I don't love to smoke.
