Your brick story

She won't listen to me even though i'm her cousin/best friend.

She does all these great things for me, and when I try to help her out with her life, she gets mad.

She just needs to know that I'm here for her and she can ask me for anything.

Oh that is so hard. When you so deperately want to help, but you aren't being allowed to. Try talking to her gently - don't confront things head on, try and come round the side? Stay there for her - when she needs you, she will call.
