  Well, HE'S extremely shy...I mean, we've both been in love with each other for a while but not technically going out, which creates an awkward sort of distance between us.

  i have a friend who's known this guy for a while, and she keeps asking him if he's going to ask me out, which she hasn't quite followed up on.
