after receiving treatment for this length of time, you would expect improvement. i wish i was a success story, but i think i'm losing hope.

I don't think it is wrong - but it sounds like you are still very down. Have you spoken about it to your therapist? I still get these thoughts after a longer time - just mean that I have more talking to do. Don't feel like you are not a success story - you're still here - that's success - it's just not the best it could be. Hang on to hope and pm me if you need. UM xx

Hello pianohno, how are you doing? Have you been open with your therapist about how you are feeling? Perhaps it might be time to try an alternative treatment or therapy? Try talking about how you are feeling here - it is a very good space for letting it all out.
