I am learning that there are sad days but that's all they are. They are not bad days it is just part of being me feeling what I feel. This is not bad - I am not bad.

Some days are sad days, you are right. It is also true that sadness does not make them bad days, just days that hold some sadness. I doubt you are bad, I don't know much about you, though I expect like many of us here you carry a big bag of sorrows - hope we can help you to share the weight and empty the bag a little...
