  You have nothing to feel ashamed of - only people who do bad things have something to feel shameful of and you have done nothing wrong and nothing shameful.

  Keep your thoughts in the now while you give your mind a rest. Think of your grandchildren for a while. See them playing and having fun. They are safe because you are with them.
