  I have difficulties to read all your text, but why do you want to go far away? Do you want to leave something behind you ? Are you looking for a particuliar thing elsewhere ?

  Sometimes when we are deeply unhappy we withdraw from the people we love most - could this be what is happening - oh and ditto about what Overseas says - he's a wise one. UM xx

  Thanks for the comments! i guess my problem is i dont kno what i want, i have someone whos moved far away recently and i miss them and right now everything seems to be changing whilst i stay exactly the same, i guess i jsut want some headspace and some clarity

  Hey Nate, be nice to yourself and give yourself some time. Finding space to get clarity is always hard when we are sad or low. I still don't know really the detail of what I want I know the big picture but the detail comes as I go through life. Sometimes it is just about sitting and waiting and taking the unexpected opportunities appear. Hope you find your space :) UM
