  Not to say that we are not responsible for our actions or anything like that...
  and really this is going to sound morally off the charts but its my understanding of things...

  sometimes, we do not see the full extent or purpose of our actions and situations.
  What I mean by that is... you may take all the blame on your shoulders but you were obviously not the only one creating the situation. And, at the same time... you never know what lessons another person is supposed to have in their life as well.
