Yes. People would notice. And people would care - you would be surprised how many, and some that you don't know that well.

Whinging isn't boring, it is what we need to do sometimes, to get it 'out there' so we can see what is hurting us.

Feeling powerless is really difficult, really hard. If you actually do know what to do, then you can give yourself the power to do it.

Nothing has to be sorted out in one huge bang, it can be done little bit by little bit.

Can you imagine yourself doing that, give yourself enough power to just change things a little at a time?

You words on your brick are very powerful - and your brick story - "Would they bury me in Birmingham?" sounds like a powerful song - it is your song, though, and you can re-write and change the words how you like - I know that might sound like me just saying 'words' but words are the tools we use to change ourselves, our outlooks -

Please keep talking on here, and there will be folk who keep coming to talk with you -

    kind regards

Jomo is right - people would absolutely notice. People always come out of the wood work when sad things happen, people who we don't quite realize that care, actually do.
I'm glad that you're reaching out here as you go through the feeling of this. We are here for you. And like Jomo said, take it a little at a time. If we try to deal with too much, we get overwhelmed and aggravated. I don't want that for you.
Sending many hopeful hugs your way, Inspire xx
