  Sometimes when we can't talk about how we are feeling with people in our real lives we need a place to talk about our feelings and feel okay about being in a safe space. Maybe one day soon you will feel okay about talking about what are the sorrows that you deal with - hope so - it really helped me to do it. But I also waited until I was ready so don't rush yourself. ant x
