  Hey Kez, how about a walk in a nice park - you don't have to think - just be in a place that makes you feel good.

  My biggest challenge about sleeping is going to bed at a reesonable hour, regularly - making a habit of that, & maybe then I wouldn't want to sleep so much when it is not convenient and I wouldn't have so much broken sleep, and apparently once the routine is in place one doesn't spend so long still awake when one does go to bed.

  It can really be a tough one - especially when you have studies or other commitments. It is harder to feel positive when over-tired. I notice my mood dips terribly when I am feeling exhausted.

  thank you guys. soo agree with both ideas....was just having a sleepy day....and had to get up early for work...
